**Is this really free or will there be a sales pitch?**

The workshop is completely free and stands alone as a valuable experience. We will share information about the full ASCEND program for those interested in continuing the journey, but there is absolutely no pressure or obligation.

**I can't attend live. Will there be a recording?**

The workshop is designed as a live experience to create a powerful collective field. However, a partial recording of the teaching portions (without the group experiences) will be available for 48 hours afterward for registered participants.

**What do I need to prepare?**

Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a quiet space where you can participate fully without distractions. We recommend comfortable clothing and having water nearby.

**Is this appropriate for beginners?**
