Kaur (Punjabi: ਕੌਰ Punjabi pronunciation: [kɔːɾᵊ] [Gurmukhi] / کور [Shahmukhi]; lit. 'crown prince[ss]' or 'spiritual prince[ss]'),
Simran "to remember, reminisce, recollect". It is derived from the Sanskrit word smaraṇa. In spirituality, simran refers to the act of continuously remembering the finest aspect of the self or God.
It can also refer to the practice of chanting or repeatedly reciting the name of God while meditating.
Ishnaan the act of cleansing oneself both physically and spiritually, to purify the mind and body, essentially signifying the concept of inner and outer cleanliness
