Whether you've never meditated or you've been on a spiritual path for decades, I meet you exactly where you are. The in-depth workbook for each session helps you go at the depth that's right for you.
This is an evergreen program — meaning you enroll once and move through the 8 sessions entirely at your own pace. There's no cohort start date, no pressure to keep up, and no falling behind. You have 2 months of replay access from the date you enroll. The program is designed to be progressive — each session builds on the last — so I recommend moving through them in order rather than jumping around.
Most people complete all 8 sessions comfortably within 6–8 weeks when doing one session per week. But your pace is your pace.
